Helping Each Other

Peer Counseling and Leadership allows individuals to take a proactive role within the facility as well as in the lives of each other. This aspect of the program develops a sense of empowerment and leadership skills within the individual. A resident council is established to allow the residents as a whole to give voice to their opinions and ideas about the program and their needs.
