Aftercare

Graduates of any of our programs are eligible for aftercare services. As Psynergy aftercare members, they can receive practical help and support whether living on the property or nearby. Our aftercare program offers a range of support services which can be delivered in any of our on-campus or off-campus, private or shared housing.  Each member is engaged to ensure that their views are the central point in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving of their Individual Recovery Plan (IRP).

The IRP often includes our Community Support Workers helping the new member find permanent housing, a job, assisting them to return to school; or get into a substance abuse support group or medical care. Members are given support and education that assist them in strengthening their place in the community.
