Nueva Vista is located in Morgan Hill, a historic city in the southern part of Santa Clara Valley. Just 12 miles south of San Jose, the residence is 15 miles inland from the Pacific Coast and is surrounded by the Santa Cruz mountain range to the west, and the Diablo mountain range to the east. Parks and open spaces abound, making Morgan Hill one of the last communities in the region with a charming, small town atmosphere.

Nueva Vista provides adult residential services to persons with serious mental illness, ages 18 – 59. An alternative to a locked, crisis setting, Nueva Vista’s community supports include a comprehensive, innovative, and coordinated program of services and activities, which take a holistic approach and focus on the development of independent living skills and the empowerment of the individual client. The primary goal is to assist residents to obtain skills needed to move to a less restrictive, more independent setting.  Nueva Vista offers a wide variety of private –pay housing options that can be tailored to each individual’s situation.  From shared or private rooms to private apartments with kitchen facilities, Nueva Vista offers many flexible options within a safe, supervised environment.
