“My job is difficult sometimes, and I can’t always be the ‘nice guy.’ There are a variety of hats that I wear. Sometimes I’m running groups, other times I am developing programs, other times I take a case management role. I also provide crisis support and run interference so that clients don’t end up in the hospital. Part of my job is party planner, part is serious case management and part is programs. There is a lot of responsibility, but I love what I do– it’s very fulfilling.” --Melissa Black
